Terms and Conditions- C2 Customs

ORDER PLACEMENT:


By placing an order, you represent that all information provided to us in the
course of the transaction is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment
account from which you are transferring funds, and that there are sufficient funds
in that account to cover your purchase.


PRICE AND PAYMENT:


The prices for our products are as stated on our platform and are subject to
change at our discretion. Payment for all products must be made.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the products to the address specified in your PayPal account, and
aim to deliver within the timeframe indicated by us at the time of your order, but
we cannot promise an exact delivery date.


RETURN:


You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it unless custom built product. To
be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that you will
be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:


Some items may be non-returnable due to their nature. These include, but are
not limited to:
Custom-made or personalized items
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item falls into one of these
categories.


REFUNDS:


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the
status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your
original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of
days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES:


We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In such cases, please

SHIPPING:


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original
shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
